Save time and manage your accounts more easily by consolidating them at one financial institution.  When you choose Fremont Federal Credit Union, you can expect the highest quality service every time you do business with us.   Our easy FFCU Account Switch Kit offers a single source for all the forms required to transfer your personal and business accounts, including atuomatic deposits and payments to Fremont Federal Credit Union.  We’ve included a step-by-step guide for your convenience.

Step 1:
We do need you to stop into one of our three convenient locations to establish a membership due to the Patriot Act requirements.  If this is impossible due to work hours or other circumstances, please call us at 419-334-4434 and we will work with you to establish your membership.

Step 2:
Transfer or establish direct deposits and/or automatic payment deductions.

• Automatic Payment Deduction Form – advises current payees to discontinue automatic payment deductions from your existing account and establish automatic payment deductions from your new FFCU account.
• Direct Deposit Sign-Up Form – authorizes the transfer of your payroll check direct deposit or other income from your current financial institution to your new FFCU checking or savings account, or authorizes direct deposit of government checks (ex:  Social Security).
• Credit Payoff Form – notifies and authorizes your current creditors to use the enclosed funds to payoff credit card, loan or line of credit balances and close your account(s).

Step 3:
Close your existing account with our

• Account Closure Request Form – provides notice and authorization to your current financial institution to close your account(s) and issue a check for the remaining balance(s).
