24/7 Live Member Service Call Center

Access your accounts 24-hours a day, 7 days a week with our Live Member Service Call Center. You can check balances, transfer funds, estimate a loan payment and much more. Wire Transfers

Wire Transfers are another service offered by Fremont Federal Credit Union to move money from one location to another.

In most situations, wire transfers can be sent out and received the same day as long as we receive your request before 2:00 p.m. EST. Wire transfers are somewhat of an old-fashioned way to move money, and there are fees to do so, but it is a service we still offer.

Wire transfers are a little more complex, so you must come in and visit us in person to send a wire transfer.

Fees for wire transfers are as follows:
Incoming domestic wire transfer $20.00
Outgoing domestic wire transfer $20.00

Money Orders

Money Orders, which are sold in denominations up to $1,000.00, are sold at each location for a nominal fee of $3.00 per item (free to our Premier Club Checking members). Money Orders must be purchased with guaranteed funds.

Official Checks

An Official Check is a widely accepted replacement for cash.

You can have Official Checks made payable directly to the person or business; this way, you have the peace of mind knowing exactly to whom the funds are going.

• Official Checks can be replaced after 90 days if they are lost. An affidavit must be signed to replace the item.
• Official Checks can be written for any amount.
• Official Checks can be purchased through Online Banking or Toni-The-Teller if made payable to the account holder and mailed to the address on file.
• Official Checks can only be purchased with available funds.
• There is a $5.00 fee for an Official Check. This fee is waived if you are part of our Premier Club Checking.

Night Depository

Use our drive-up or walk-up vaults where you can place your deposits or payments, and we'll post them to your account on the next business day. It is a safe way to make a deposit or loan payment during non-office hours. Just another option if you can't make it to FFCU during normal business hours.

Depository bags with locks are available for our business owner members and envelopes for our non-business owner members. Receipts are not mailed for deposits or payments placed in our night depositories unless requested. Transactions can be verified much quicker through our Online Banking or 24/7 Live Member Service Call Center.

Notary Services

Notary Service is another free member benefit. We have several notaries in each office that will be glad to administer this service of verifying signatures on legal documents when needed. We must ask for identification to ensure that we practice within the guidelines of Ohio Revised Code, Chapter 147 which governs notary authority.
